Consulting services provided by Wings And Roots Consulting LLC are subject to a written agreement outlining scope, deliverables, fees, and confidentiality terms.

Training and advisement

Our JCP, SAM.gov, NIST 800-171, and SPRS advisement services provide guidance based on federal requirements at the time of service. Clients remain responsible for final submissions and compliance attestations.

Certifications and awards

Wings And Roots Consulting LLC cannot guarantee approved certifications or contract awards. Outcomes depend on federal agency review, your company's qualifications, bidding activity, and other factors outside our control.

Payments

Fees for consulting and training are quoted individually after your free federal readiness review and scope confirmation. Contact us for pricing — we do not publish fixed rates on this website.

Veteran, VOSB & SDVOSB consulting discounts

Wings And Roots Consulting LLC offers a $300 consulting discount for verified Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) on scoped federal readiness engagements — including JCP, SAM.gov, NIST 800-171, and SPRS programs. The discount is confirmed in writing after your free readiness review when scope is established. Verification is based on SAM.gov reps & certs or documentation in progress. Discounts do not apply retroactively to completed engagements unless agreed in writing.

When online payment is offered in the future, it will be processed through a secure payment provider under a written agreement.
