We are a Christian, family-owned business built on strong values of faith, integrity, and service. Our respect for the United States military runs deep because it is a proud part of our own family history.

Our daughter, Melissa, served 18 years in the United States Air Force as a Master Sergeant (MSGT) in Financial Management, dedicating nearly two decades to serving our country. Our grandson, DJ, also served in the United States Army for four years as a Horizontal Engineer, operating cranes and heavy equipment in support of military operations. Our family's tradition of service goes back even further — our father proudly served in the Army Air Corps during World War II.

Because of this heritage, we have a deep appreciation for the men and women who serve and sacrifice for our country. Their commitment, discipline, and dedication inspire the values we bring to our business every day.

For 10 years as a Program of Joint Certification Analyst, she worked hand-in-hand with contractors, streamlining certifications and helping them navigate SAM.gov, CAGE codes, and NIST SP 800-171 requirements. Her deep knowledge of how the process actually works — because she used to be the one reviewing requests — gives her clients a serious edge.

Diane spent 15 years at Indiana Michigan Power Company in the field as a customer service representative and, for seven of those years, as a single-phase engineering technician supporting electrical systems in high-stakes environments. She was repeatedly named Speaker of the Year and served as Division Safety Coordinator.

Backed by a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, Diane has helped dozens of small businesses fast-track certifications and land the contracts that transform their future.
